Memory Care

We understand that Alzheimer’s and/or dementia can be difficult for both the patient and their loved ones. That is why at Grace Town Residential Care Home, we offer a comprehensive and compassionate memory care program for those residents dealing with Alzheimer’s and/or dementia. We render a variety of activities and therapies to help our residents maintain their cognitive function and improve their overall quality of life.
